Ane Christensen was selected for her ability to combine traditional craft with contemporary design.
Ane works form her London Studio and each piece is a creation in its own right, using sterling silver as her medium, the collection draws inspiration from Holy Trinity Church, London.

Ane is also short listed for the 2005 Jerwood Award.

‘The design of the'Trinity'bowls was directly inspired by the ceiling in the Church. I enjoy how its vaults play with shadow and light, enhancing the elegance of each of the segments that make up the whole. Breaking away with my design I wanted to break away from the strict symmetry of the architecture and capture its simple dynamics in a contemporary way’ Ane Christensen
