A new book by 'the three sisters' filled with their mother's traditional, easy to make recipes. each recipe in the book lists the spices you need from your spice box, the ingredients you need from your fridge, larder or local supermarket and a delightfully easy-to-follow method.

Masala dabba
An authentic, custom-made, stainless steel spice box with individually engraved spice canisters. the spice box measures 20cm wide by 7.5cm deep and contains 8 smaller canisters and 1 larger central canister divided into 4 compartments. each canister comes complete with its own air-tight transparent lid.

Mixed spices
7 ground spices: coriander, cumin, chilli, fennel, garam masala, ginger, turmeric. 6 whole spices: bay leaves, cardamom, cinnamon, cloves, cumin seeds, mustard seeds
