This unforgettable vintage seating piece is reimagined with a medley of bright vintage and contemporary fabrics by American artist Apryl Miller. As a place to perch, or simply an exquisite piece of sculpture to admire, its small size will fit in any room, without losing an ounce of its star power. The fabrics chosen are a mixture of silks and cottons. The wooden legs have not been refinished, leaving them to reflect their aged patina. An iconic mid-century frame, this pouffe was manufactured in 1943-1944 by the Heywood Wakefield Company. There may be a slight variation in fabric.
This vanity stool is one of Ms. Miller's signature pieces and it has been featured extensively in the international media. This includes MTV, HGTV, and The Sunday Times Style Magazine.
