I create unique, mixed-media keepsake boxes by layering luxurious fabrics and papers with hand and machine embroidery, combining texture and detail through heat manipulation, print and cutwork by hand. All boxes have coordinating tags and tissue paper, and are inspired by imperfections in nature, 1920’s interiors, adverts and social myths.
