Pricing and Availability
We aim to offer you consistently competitive prices on our entire catalogue. "Price", or "Now", as displayed, is inclusive of UK VAT at the appropriate rate. We aim to be clear about VAT and shipping charges, and usually illustrate these figures in the Shopping Basket and Checkout.
Payments
If you have paid by cheque and we owe you a full or partial refund,
we will send a refund cheque for the correct amount.
Mispricings
Despite our best efforts, a small number of our items in our catalogue
may be mispriced. Rest assured, however, that we verify prices as part
of our checkout procedure. If an item's correct price is lower than our
stated price, we charge the lower amount and send you the item. If a
product's correct price is higher than our stated price, we will cancel
your order and notify you of that cancellation.
Confirming availability and price
Availability information for the items in our catalogue is listed
on each item's detail page. Beyond what we say on that page, we cannot
be more specific about availability. As we process your order, we will
inform you by e-mail or telephone if any items you order turn out to
be unavailable. In these rare circumstances, a no-quibble refund will
be made.
Availability Guidelines
An item's availability is the estimated time it will take us to get
it, pack it and prepare it for dispatch. The availability of an item
enables you to estimate how long it will take to receive it after you
place your order.
Availabilities are as follows:
In Stock: item is in stock and the time it takes to pack and prepare for dispatch will be shown adjacent to this information on the Product Detail page.
Pre-Buy: you can still order this title; it will be sent to you as soon as it is received from the Supplier. The latest release-date information we have from the suppliers may also be displayed.
Made-to-Order: the item is individually made according to your requirements. The dispatch times for these items are shown on the Product Information page.

To keep you fully informed of the progress of your order, you should
check estimated delivery dates in your Account. If no information is
