Payment and website security

Your security and peace-of-mind is our priority
At Bouf.com we are 100 per cent committed to protecting your security and privacy. We know that when you shop online, you want to know that your name, address, credit card details and any other information you give us is kept safe and secure, and we promise to do that. Our secure-server software encrypts all your personal information including credit and debit card details, name, address, telephone and email. The encryption process takes the characters you enter and converts them into bits of code that are then securely transmitted over the Internet. Bouf Ltd does not receive or store any credit card information as this is handled by our merchant provider, PayPal.

Bouf Ltd's complete commitment to customer service means we'll make sure you, and only you, can access your account. And because we know how annoying junk mail is, we promise not to pass on your e-mail address, home address or any other details to any party.

In the event of unauthorised use of your credit or debit card, most banks and card issuers either cover all the charges or may limit your liability to just £50.00. In the event of unauthorised use of your credit or debit card, you must notify your card provider in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures.
