Order fulfillment
Once your account is setup and you have listed an item, customers can purchase your item using our secure checkout. Each time an order is placed, an email is sent out to you with the details of the order. You can see all of your orders, products and customers at any time by signing in to your account.
You are obliged to dispatch your item(s) to your customers in the time frame that you have specified. For example, you may have listed your item as "made-to-order" and "ready to dispatch within 7 working days".
When shipping your items, we strongly recommend gaining a tracking number and URL for your delivery. This can help us and the customer determine the wherabouts of your delivery and can help avoid confusion.
Please note, you need to mark each item within your order as "Dispatched" once you have fulfilled your order. We cannot tranfer your earnings to your account until this is done.
