www.bouf.com is a vibrant online marketplace where you can buy unique, "right now" interior and giftware products from high quality, cutting edge Designer-makers and Sellers all over the world. As our products are not supplied directly, but from selected Third-Party Sellers, there are a few points to understand when ordering:
1. Each Seller has their own Shipping Policy and Shipping Costs, as specified on the particular Product Information page. The Customer is strongly advised to check the Shipping Information featured on the Product Information page. Often Sellers offer Free Shipping if you spend over a certain amount with them in one purchase. You can find more in the Shipping Table on the Product Information page.
2. Seller's are based in a variety of locations both within the United Kingdom, and internationally. We make it clear on the Product Information page, where the Seller is located so that you can make an informed decision about whether you would like to purchase that item from them or not.
3. If you are ordering a product from another country, you may be responsible to pay Customs Import Duty in order to receive your item. This is your responsibility and not that of the Seller or of Bouf Limited. For more information, please read our Customs Information here.
4. Each Seller may offer free shipping if you purchase over a certain amount from that particular Seller. For example, to ship an item worth £15 may cost £2.95, but if you purchase items worth £20 or over you may qualify for free shipping from that Seller. Shipping Costs are specific to both product and Seller and any shipping promotions will be clearly labelled on the Product information page.
5. If you purchase multiple items, from multiple Sellers, you will be responsible for the combined costs of Shipping from each Seller. Your products may also arrive separately.
6. You should ensure that you will be available at your specified delivery address at the time and date of the estimated shipping arrival. This could be a home address, or for more convenience, a work address for example. If you are not available to receive the item, you could be liable for a returned item fee, as well as the additional cost to redeliver your item. Please note, Estimated Shipping Dates are just that, and Bouf cannot guarantee the exact time or date of delivery. We do not accept responsibility for Delivery Dates.
7. If you have special delivery requirements, or would like to add a note for the Courier (eg "Bell doesn't work"), you can do this at the Summary stage of the checkout process. Once the order has been placed, there is no opportunity to add further notes and you should contact the Seller for further support.
