Norm 69 light
The Norm 69 Light was the first product ever to be launched by Danish design house Normann Copenhagen. It arrived on the market in 2002 and was an immediate hit, winning that year?s Formlandprisen and in 2003 was Imm Cologne?s Best Product.
Originally conceived in designer Simon Karkovs garage in 1969, this artichoke inspired marvel by the doyen of the concept of self-assembly, had an amazing thirty-four year gestation period before the public could eventually get their hands on it.
Stunning and eye-catching when switched off, it is when this lamp is illuminated that it really comes into its own, casting delightfully muted angular shadows into every corner of your room.
Sophisticated and relaxing, it is made entirely from flame-retardant Polypropylene and it will fit any existing pendant. It takes a Max 60 W bulb.
The Norm 69 arrives as a flat pack consisting of 69 parts. No tools or glue are required and it really is easy and fun to assemble. Watch the video at: http://.youtube.com/watch?v=7RjbjDXqSqk.
